Founded in 1992, Bernstein, Chackman & Liss is a law firm specializing in all aspects of civil litigation with a focus on negligence actions, first party property claims, coverage disputes, personal injury claims, automobile accident cases, appeals, and general civil litigation. Focusing on a wide array of legal services, our clients include individuals and companies with diverse legal needs. We are different to the extent that unlike most firms our size, we have tried hundreds of cases before juries in both state and federal court. Our firm’s partners are both Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Civil Trial law.
Our appellate counsel is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Appellate Practice. We offer to our clients the unique benefits of that courtroom experience in our handling of the case from inception to conclusion, whether by verdict or otherwise.
