Kiera graduated from the University of Florida where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law.  Kiera served as a Guardian ad Litem for the Eighth Judicial Circuit and was involved in various additional volunteer organizations throughout Gainesville, Florida.  

In addition to the Florida Bar, Kiera is a member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, the Broward County Bar Association, the Miami-Dade County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. She is also a guardian member of the ASPCA.  

Prior to joining the firm, Kiera focused on general litigation and appellate practice.

Kiera joined the firm as an associate in 2005 and became a Partner in 2008.   

Kiera concentrates her practice in the area of insurance coverage disputes, first party insurance claims and general civil litigation.
